Group Training

12 weeks: $1000
16 weeks: $1300
26 weeks: $2000

This is a group training package tailored specifically for you and created for you weekly. 

We will start out with a zoom session to discuss your needs and specific goals and create your program designed for you with suggestions that you may choose from weekly throughout my fitness app weekly in a library of exercises and videos to choose from as well as streamed live sessions available to you. You will have a nutrition plan created for you to which you can follow and also exchange items at your leisure with recipes in the library to make it fit to your lifestyle. My fitness app will make it easy for you to track your daily activities/habits or even to just send messages to me as well as other members of the group to keep each other motivated or hold each other accountable. We will have group zoom sessions bimonthly and you are always able to message me at anytime with any questions. I will also be monitoring your progress and making changes to your personal program and sending to you as needed. Communication with group training is a must but a great way to get great results at a lower cost.

Taking mid term measurements and uploading progress photos 

Taking last week measurements and uploading progress photos 

Personal Training

This is a one on one personal training package tailored specifically for you and created for you weekly. 

We will start out with a zoom session to discuss your needs and specific goals and create your program designed for specifically tailored to you after our meeting. This will include your personalized weekly nutrition plan. We will meet weekly via zoom or email depending on your needs and what fits your schedule. My fitness app will make it easy for you to track your daily activities/habits or even to just send messages to me as well as look up recipes if you would like to change anything in your nutrition plan to make it fit. Plenty of reminders as well just to keep you motivated.

Taking mid term measurements and uploading progress photos 

Taking last week measurements and uploading progress photos 

At this point we will discuss your progress and how far you’ve made it, and what your next steps are in your health journey should you decide to continue.
